Kayleigh Morin is a sales consultant with a nontraditional background that bridges creative entrepreneurship and high-level sales leadership.
She began her career in sales at the ground level as a comedy ticket salesperson, where she quickly became a top-performing representative. That experience laid the foundation for a career built on direct communication, resilience, and understanding buyer behavior in real time.
From there, Kayleigh moved into formal sales roles, including Sales Development Representative (SDR), and went on to hold executive-level sales positions such as Sales Executive and Sales Director for various companies. Across these roles, she worked closely with founders and leadership teams on outbound strategy, pipeline development, and long-cycle B2B sales processes.
In parallel, Kayleigh built her own fashion photography business from the ground up, sourcing clients independently and managing all aspects of outreach, positioning, and relationship building. This experience gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to grow a business without relying on inbound demand, paid ads, or large teams.
Today, Kayleigh combines her creative background with deep sales experience to help businesses develop thoughtful, effective outbound strategies. She specializes in cold calling, cold emailing, follow-up systems, and creating customized outreach approaches tailored to each client’s industry, offer, and sales cycle. Her work is relationship-driven, strategic, and designed to support sustainable growth rather than quick wins.
Engagement Options
I provide sales consulting services including lead research, qualification, and outbound outreach support via email and phone calls. Deliverables include a prospecting tracker spreadsheet with contact info and qualification notes. This is a monthly professional service engagement; results are not guaranteed.
The process starts with a consultation call where we figure out your Ideal Customer Profile. I then source your leads and you approve the list. Once the list is approved, I email all contacts, then begin calling 48 hours later to follow up on the email. They will receive continuous follow up calls and emails until they purchase, opt out or express disinterest, or the lead is determined not to be viable. New leads are found continuously.
All outreach is manual, organic, and tailored to each client.
Standard Outreach:
$2,500/Month
Outbound sales support: research, qualification, and outreach to up to ~75 prospects per month.
Expanded Outreach:
$5,000/Month
Outbound sales support: research, qualification, and outreach to up to ~150 prospects per month.
This work is best suited for established businesses with a clear offer that are ready to invest in consistent outbound efforts to build momentum and pipeline over time. Outbound sales involves variables outside of my control, including prospect responsiveness, timing, and market conditions.
While I commit to consistent, professional outreach and follow-up as outlined, specific outcomes (such as replies, meetings, or sales) cannot be guaranteed. My engagements are billed monthly in advance. The first month is due upon signing to reserve capacity, and work begins once payment is received. I accept Square (credit/debit), Zelle, ACH transfer, and check.
Optional: Closing support may be available under a separate written agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services are billed in advance. Due to the time-based nature of consulting and research work, payments are non-refundable once the service period begins. If a client cancels after the service period begins, no refunds will be issued for that billing period. Results are not guaranteed.
By purchasing services from Kayleigh Morin, the client agrees to the scope of services outlined in the selected package and/or written agreement. Services may include lead research, qualification, and outbound outreach support via email and phone calls. The client understands that results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Work begins once payment is received and may require timely cooperation from the client, including access to necessary information, offers, messaging, and/or sales materials. Kayleigh Morin is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete information, lack of client responsiveness, or third-party factors (including email deliverability, platform restrictions, or prospect availability).
All deliverables are provided for the client’s internal business use. The client is responsible for ensuring their outreach practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
All lead information is compiled from publicly available sources such as business websites, public directories, and other public-facing business listings. We follow all applicable marketing and outreach laws, including CAN-SPAM and other U.S. compliance requirements.
We do not provide:
-Personal cell phone numbers not publicly posted for business contact
-Personal/home addresses
-Sensitive personal information
-Any guarantee of lead responsiveness, conversion, revenue, or appointment volume
